Cancellation Policy

Appointments will be cancelled automatically after being 15 minutes late without contacting me. Future bookings may be restricted for clients who (1) no-call/no-show more than twice without contacting me ahead of time, or (2) cancel more than two appointments with fewer than 24 hours notice. Canceling or No Show same day will be required to pay 50% of what would have been the total for the missed appointment. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my small business.
